Plenty of fun activities in store at upcoming fete event

Staff ReporterNorth Coast Times

Organiser Simone McLean said children were likely to love the rip tide slip and slide at the March 2 event because the long weekend usually had warm weather. ‘We are also having the Wacky Wagon for the younger kids and a Spiderman bouncy castle,’ she said.

‘Other rides or games include the kiddies train (Gingin Lions are bringing this across), a dunking machine (Lancelin Sea Search and Rescue are bringing this) and mini golf.’

Mrs McLean said there would be a white elephant stall, fresh local produce donated by local growers, a cake stall, fairy floss, slushies and preloved books.

Surf shop Lancelin Surf will put on a fashion parade, while Roxanne’s dance show and the school choir will also perform.
