Mark DonaldsonNorth Coast Times

Police on Tuesday appealed for information on the disappearance of Jason Robert Edge.

Mr Edge (29) lived with his parents and has not been seen since the Anzac Day weekend.

Officers believe he was in the Clarkson area that weekend and caught a train from Clarkson station on the evening of April 24.

He has not made contact with his parents or friends and has not accessed his bank account.

Forensic investigators this week searched a Walyunga Boulevard home in Clarkson.

Major Crime Squad Senior Sergeant Peter Clements said officers would like to speak to anyone who was in or around the house in April because the property was known to have had visitors on a regular basis.

“We have identified and spoken to some people but those we may have missed we’d like to come forward,” he said.

He explained there had been previous occasions where Mr Edge had disappeared for extended periods, which was why his parents reported him missing in recent weeks.

“His parents were obviously concerned about his welfare but he had gone off in the past,” he said.

“Jason had a particular lifestyle.”

The missing man is described as 175cm tall with medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.
