Police want information on Alkimos assault

JOONDALUP Detectives want information to help with their investigation into an assault in Alkimos on January 22.

WA Police spokeswoman Susan Usher said the incident occurred about 3am that Sunday.

“Three people with their faces covered entered a home located in Malleefowl Way,” she said.

“They assaulted one of the occupants of the home resulting in a 21-year-old man receiving several serious lacerations.

“He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.”

One of the men involved was described as being fair skinned with a slim build and about 183cm tall.

Another was a fair skinned man with a medium build and about 180cm tall.

Both were wearing dark-coloured clothing.

The third person was a fair skinned woman with a medium build, about 160cm tall and wearing a grey hoody.

Detectives say the three people may have left the area in a light coloured vehicle.
