“The next generation are smart and passionate – they are thinking about the big issues.

“I hope that the forum showed them there are many ways to be a leader, not only in the community but in their day to day life.”

During the forum Mr Green spoke about his professional boxing career, what it takes to get to the top and his ‘Stop the Coward’s Punch’ campaign.

“It doesn’t matter whatever you want to do, you have to work hard, you have to sacrifice, you have to go without,” he said.

“You have to give things up in order to gain things – nothing comes to you without a price.”

The event involved 107 students from Bullsbrook College, Joseph Banks Secondary College, Butler College, Mindarie Senior College, Clarkson Community High School, Peter Moyes Anglican Community School, Edmund Rice College, Swan Valley Anglican Community School, Gingin District High School, Yanchep Secondary College and Holy Cross College.
