PLANS for a mixed-use development with 67 units and eight commercial tenancies on Butler Boulevard will be out for public comment until June 6.

The City of Wanneroo has invited comments for the 205 Butler Boulevard proposal, which the North West Metropolitan Development Assessment Panel will determine.

According to the plans by Morley Davis Architects, the five-storey development would have one or two-bedroom units and eight commercial tenancies on the ground floor.

Called ‘Jeevan Saath’ or ‘Life together’, the development would have communal areas for residents, including theatre rooms, dining rooms, central and rooftop gardens, a gym and swimming pool.

There would be 110 parking bays, plus bicycle parking and storage facilities.

The subject property is bounded by Caistor Way to the west, Delvin Lane to the north and Benenden Avenue to the east.
