Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

A PROPOSAL to change the use for a Clarkson house to allow short stay accommodation is out for public comment until May 22.

City of Wanneroo has invited public submissions on the application to use a residential property at 39 Gaudi Way for short-term accommodation.

The proposal includes limiting the number of guests to four at any one time, no anti-social behaviour and restricting parking to the single garage and visitor’s bay onsite, with no parking on verges permitted.
