C3 Church Quinns Beach is hosting an Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea event at Quinns Beach Primary School on Saturday from 10am to raise money for the Cancer Council.

Pastor Nicole Meagher said the event included a high tea, photo booth, live entertainment, door prizes and silent auction.

“So many of us have had family, friends, colleagues or, sadly, personal experience with cancer,” she said.

“We decided we had to be part of this Australia-wide event and contribute to the fight against this most non-discriminatory disease.”

The church group has been meeting at the school for more than two years and also runs programs for youth.

Tickets cost $20 per person or $35 for two people, available at c3qb.com.au/hightea.
