Deputations for the May 26 meeting will start at 6pm at the Gumblossom Centre at 17 Tapping Way, followed by the meeting at 7pm.

Mayor Tracey Roberts said the tour gave more residents around the City the opportunity to attend.

"Council meetings are an integral part of the City's decision making process and I would encourage residents to come along to see council in action," she said.

"Deputations and question time gives residents the chance to contribute to the agenda if they have a concern with a particular item or would like to know more about how decisions may affect them."
