Residents farewell Capricorn head

The former Capricorn Village Joint Venture chief executive finished his nine-year role in November, with the developers moving to outsource project management for its Yanchep and Two Rocks landholdings through Acumen Development Solutions.

The community gave Dr Perry a painting created by local artists Glen Hughes and Angie Beck, who said everyone was sad to see him go.

‘That is a lovely memory of Yanchep and Two Rocks that I will treasure,’ Dr Perry said.
