WATER Police are continuing a search off Mindarie this morning after a 38-year-old angler failed to return to shore last night.

Police Media spokesman Sam Dinnison said the man was due back about 8.30pm having gone fishing in a 6.4m boat.

Authorities were alerted about 9.30pm that he had not returned.

The man’s vehicle and boat trailer were found at Mindarie Marina.
