There will also be a spring fair and a community garden open day later in September.

Frasers Property Australia development director Justin Crooks said the events were opportunities for people to get together and learn about gardening and sustainability.

“We’ve undertaken research proving that purchasers rate lifestyle and community as important factors when looking to buy property,” he said.

“Events such as our gardening workshop and spring fair are an excellent way to build a strong and cohesive neighbourhood.”

The developers are also planning an October school holiday program, markets in November and the annual Christmas movie in the park in December.
