Merriwa students paint school red for Kids Helpline

Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

Alkimos Baptist College principal Kieran Graham said the student council ran its ‘Revolution Red’ event on September 11 to spread the message of hope to themselves and others in the community.

“The students created a hope board where they posted positive messages of hope that they all took time to read and reflect upon,” he said.

Mr Graham said the Revolution Red campaign, run by the Roar Effect, raised money for Kids Helpline, a free, confidential telephone and online counselling service for people aged between five and 25.
