Arthritis and Osteoporosis WA will run the eight-week course ” tai chi for arthritis ” from February 14 at the Clarkson Youth Centre.
Organisers said the program was designed to be safe for people with arthritis. The slow movements would help them build muscle strength and calm their minds.
The weekly Friday classes will start at 2pm at the centre on Key Largo Drive.
