The food, beer and wine festival on March 13 will start at 9am with art and craft markets, and from 10am food stalls will sell wood-fired pizzas, paella, chutneys, jams, olives and other treats.

There will be live cooking demonstrations between 11am and 4pm, and wine and beer tasting from 11am.

Entertainment throughout the day will include Proof the Band performing at the Indian Ocean Brewing Company from 1pm to 4pm, followed by Adam Garret from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

At The Boat, Clayton Bolger will perform from noon to 3pm, then Slim Jim The Phatts will take over the stage from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.

There will also be a free kids zone with animal farm, face painting, jumping castle, big dig and craft activity.

On the boardwalk, attractions will include fairy floss and popcorn, a stilt walker and oyster shucker.

General manager Andrew McGie said he was looking forward to being a part of the event, having recently returned to Perth after living abroad for the past 15 years.

“WA producers are now developing some of the best food and wine products on the market; come down visit the stalls, sample the products and support our local producers,” he said.
