The May 27 agenda includes a report on Brazier Road beach access consultation and outcomes of an Aboriginal heritage survey.
Another report recommends the council award a tender to Ertech to build stage two of the Brazier Road realignment for almost $2.12 million over about 15 weeks.
At last week’s council briefing, the City’s infrastructure director Dennis Blair said staff were in regular contact with the Yanchep kiosk lessee about road closures.
A third report is an update on the proposed Yanchep Surf Life Saving Club and public amenities facility, scheduled for completion in August 2016.
Mr Blair said a clearing permit had been received from the Department of Environmental Regulation.
