Tully, created by local artist Angie Beck, appeared on Russian television AC Baikal TV with her host Natalia Valyushina.
Beck made the doll last November and since then Tully, armed with her passport, has visited Hong Kong, the US and now Russia.
She has a blog about her adventures, including photos of the places she has seen such as Lake Baikal earlier this month.
