Councillors considered a report on the 12-month trial of a 3 cubic metre limit for household bulk rubbish collections when they met last Tuesday, August 20.
The report said the City introduced the trial for the two annual collections, one bulk junk and the other greens in August last year and recommended the trial continue for another 10 months.
