Wanneroo council to discuss revised Yanchep city plan

This week’s briefing session introduced a revised plan based on submissions and discussions for a plan that was lodged for Yanchep Beach Joint Venture in December 2014.

The plan outlines the development of a city centre that is expected to get as big as the Joondalup city centre over 50 years.

It would include a train station, high density residential blocks and a sports arena, plus retail, education and hospital facilities.
