The Wanneroo council is due to consider the application for 16 warehouses tonight, with a staff report outlining submission and recommending approval.
The City received the application for the 6719sqm lot in November, and invited comments from nearby landowners in January.
“One submission was received which raised an objection to the proposal,” the council report said.
