Witnesses sought to Carabooda crash

Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

WA Police spokeswoman Sarah Dyer said a Toyota Hilux was travelling in a north-easterly direction on Old Yanchep Road about 1.20am when it veered on to the wrong side of the road and crashed into a limestone wall.

“The driver of the vehicle, a 57-year-old man from Millington, was airlifted by the RAC rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries,” she said.

“Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the crash or the crash itself; in particular two men who stopped after the crash and assisted the driver.” Call 1800 333 000.
