Laura PondNorth Coast Times

“Everyone loves laughter; usually it’s the foundation for friendships and relationships and think how amazing you feel within that, that’s the feeling we create within the session.”

Mr Be said people were naturally designed to laugh.

“Our bodies are hardwired to respond to laughter. It’s a really nurturing way to try something new and improve the way you feel,” he said.

Laughter yoga is held at 10am on the second Monday of the month at the Addison Park clubrooms in Merriwa.

Other classes available include ChiBall and Zumba Gold, with self-defence to start later in the year.
