Youngster pulls out all stops for event

Among the team was Quinns Rocks Primary student Joshua Vernon (6) with his parents and their friends.

‘Our little boy mustered up the energy to run over 70 laps (and he did run the majority of them) which equates to over 20km,’ mother Jackie Vernon said.

‘We dropped him at school care (last week) and they suggested we had broken him as he can barely walk ” but he is still full of energy and very inspired.’
