Call, don’t email

Sometimes we receive emails from residents reporting suspicions or offences.

This can be frustrating as we don’t have (and don’t want) people sitting in front of the computer constantly.

To get most value out of the information it needs to be timely and way to ensure this is with a phone call to a person who can either arrange for us to attend, or capture the information in our databases.

This is particularly useful as we can search it and link it to other intelligence.
