ACROD train passengers have time restrictions as to when they can travel free, and ACROD parking is often only one or two bays.
If one is lucky to find an ordinary parking bay, it is difficult or impossible to exit one’s car and one is then charged a fee, even though displaying the ACROD permit. How about a fair (fare) go for the disabled?
