Two Rocks developer hosts fun day with sand sculptures, mermaids

SAND sculptures and mermaids will be part of the entertainment planned at a community fun day in Two Rocks next week.

Atlantis Beach estate developers will host the event on October 5 to celebrate completion of a display home precinct and sales office on the corner of Breakwater Drive and Constellation Entrance.

Attractions will include a live performance by The Perth Mermaids, and sand sculptor Tim Darby creating a life-size sculpture of King Neptune.

Mr Darby will also judge a sand castle competition for children, with Coles Myer gift vouchers offered as prizes.

There will be a range of food trucks, including Master Panda Chinese street food, wood fired pizzas and Take5 Ice Cream Parlour.

Project director Jarrod Rendell said the event from 11am to 3pm would mark the official launch a range of ready to build, fully completed homes called Home+, with prices starting at $279,000 for first home buyers including land.
