Cervantes Windsurf Challenge registrations open in November

THE annual Cervantes Windsurf Challenge will return to the coastal town on January 4 to 6.

Organiser Isaac de Vries said the competition grew each year and 2019 would be “bigger and better”.

“We are aiming for 75 or more competitors to take on the challenge and have some fun,” he said.

Entries will open on November 9 and cost $60 for the three-day competition or $30 for the open water GPS challenge on January 4. There will be 9km downwind Slalom courses on January 5 and 6. Register at www.windsurfingwa.org.au before January 2.
