The five-year redevelopment, a collaboration between the club and neighbouring Yanchep Golf Estate developers Peet, started in 2012 and will follow a new course master plan devised by golf course design team Ogilvy Clayton Cocking Mead.
Ogilvy, who was in town for the Perth International, opened the course’s new holes ” two and eight.
‘Perth’s a long way from Arizona but I was so pleased to be able to come; to play in the Perth International and to be here at Yanchep,’ he said.
