SPEED dating of a different kind was on the agenda for Pinjarra Senior High School girls as they discussed their interests and ambitions with Alcoa mentors for a speed careering event to highlight the diverse jobs on offer for women at Alcoa.

More than 40 students participated in the career event hosted by Pinjarra Senior High School as part of Alcoa’s 2018 Pinjarra Prospect Program – an interactive student mentoring program for girls in years 10-11.

Students were inspired with different career ideas, built networks with Alcoa employees from various job roles at the Pinjarra Alumina Refinery and heard career stories from the Alcoa representatives who provided insights into their professions.
