Arson squad investigating apparent arson attack that destroyed motor home near Dwellingup

POLICE are investigating an apparent arsonist attack that left $150,000 damage to a luxury motor home parked along Pinjarra-Williams Road.

Between 4.30pm and 9.30pm on Thursday January 4, an unknown offender(s) set fire to the motor home parked at the airstrip on Pinjarra-Williams Road, near Inglehope Road, Inglehope (near Dwellingup).

The motor home was destroyed by the fire.

The WA Police Arson Squad would like to speak to the occupants of a vehicle seen travelling west along Pinjarra-Williams Road near the old airstrip between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on the day.

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the vicinity can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online.

Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
