A BUSHFIRE advice was issued near Dwellingup.
Parks and Wildlife Service issued the advice at 8am for people in the vicinity of Scarp Road, 8km west of Dwellingup.
While there was no threat to lives or homes, there was a lot of smoke in the area.

The fire started in State forest near the intersection of Scarp and Pinjarra-Williams roads.
People driving were urged to be careful and turn their headlights on.
The bushfire was moving slowly in a westerly direction and was not contained.
Firefighters were at the scene.
