PERTH’S renowned man of car sales, John Hughes, is the first inductee into Victoria Park’s Business Hall of Fame.

His current jingle reminds people that this year he chalks up 50 years in the car trade, meaning his business ‘just over the Causeway’ has been around twice as long as the council that awarded him his latest honour.

The Town of Victoria Park has started annual business awards in the year it reaches its own milestone of 25 years.
