For three days a week, The Balmoral Hotel is serving a carb-stravaganza – the chips and gravy pizza.
Anyone on a diet should look away now, the pizza base is covered with hot chips, cheese and gravy.
Venue manager Troy Landers said chef Wendy Miedzinski wanted to do something fun that would grab attention.
“It’s the perfect hangover cure and quite the meal to have with a beer,” he said.
The pizza is a regular feature on The Balmoral’s specials and sells for $19.50.
But if you’re keen to try it, you better get down quick – the pizza regularly sells out.
