Kent Street Karnival on this Sunday

HEAD to John McMillan Park, Kent Street in Victoria Park, this Sunday April 30 for a cultural and art experience for the local community.

There will be food, craft, children’s activities and great entertainment.

Heaps of local businesses will be showcasing their wares, and there will be plenty of cultural events too – like performances from the Said Poets Society, Akwaaba drumming workshops and hip-hop performances.

The event runs from 10am – 2pm.
