AWARD-winning Kensington artist Myra Mitchell, with artists Salli Coppin and Gerry Reilly will open a new exhibition next month.
Lumineux is a refreshing combination of works from paintings to sculpture which reflects each artist’s love of colour and passion for living life bright.
Mitchell’s abstract Australian landscapes use a variety of colour palettes to capture the movement and emotion of the land she loves and draws viewers into the places depicted.
Fellow artist Neil Elliot said Mitchell’s work reflected her passion and enthusiasm for life.
“I find her use of colour and texture to be vibrant and exciting,” she said.
The exhibition will run from March 3-28 at Margret River Gallery.
