ORIENTEERING WA is inviting people to come along to its next Nav Dash event for 2018 at Garvey Park on Sunday, April 29, from 9am to 10.30am.

Nav Dash is short-distance, intricate navigation in a small area.

Orienteering is suitable for children from 7 years old, elite athletes and mature aged people up to 80.

THE Victoria Park Library will be celebrating International Tabletop Day with a morning of fun, free games on Saturday, April 28, from 10am to 12.30pm.

There will be games suitable for all ages from age eight and over but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

The event costs $2 per person and bookings can be made via the Town of Victoria Park’s website, in person or over the phone.

THE City of South Perth will present Laugh On, a comedy show held at the Manning Library on May 10, from 6.30 pm to 8.30pm.

This 18+ event will feature Luke Bolland, the winner of Best Comedy at Fringeworld in 2018, as the master of ceremonies and warm-up comedian, followed by the fun, fabulous and fierce Janelle Koenig.

Complimentary glass of wine, beer or soft drink on arrival.

STEPPIN’ Stones will host two community forums on the NDIS rollout, which will begin in the south metropolitan area from July 1, 2018.

The free events will provide information to families and individuals about what the NDIS will mean to existing and future supports, and help to answer people’s questions to ensure a smooth transition to the new funding model.

One session will run on April 26, from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, and the other on April 28, from 9am to 12.30pm.
