Agent stuck on kids’ road safety

Mr Brookes said about 450 homes were sold in the suburb in the past 18 months, mainly to young professionals and first homebuyers, but the area was still family-|oriented.

In order to ensure the safety of children playing in the area, Mr Brookes is giving out free ‘slow down’ stickers for residents to stick on their bins.

‘I hope to increase the awareness of the speed limit and ultimately help make the streets safer for children,’ he said.

Mr Brookes, the father of a seven-year-old boy, said he understood the importance of supporting the local school community and would donate $2 to Cloverdale Primary School for every sticker put on a bin.
