Airport’s early polling

Staff ReporterSouthern Gazette

From Monday, August 26, enrolled voters who are unable to attend a polling place on Saturday, September 7 can vote at early voting centres stationed at the airport’s domestic and international terminals.

AEC WA acting operations manager Brendon Barlow said this year’s early voting system had been tailored to help fly-in, fly-out workers, with booths operating at the Cobham, Network and Skippers chartered terminals.

‘All terminals are operating on varying shift arrangements to align with FIFO flight schedules where possible,’ Mr Barlow said.
