Arson Squad calls for information on heritage-listed Redcliffe building fire

ARSON Squad detectives have made a call out today for information about a Redcliffe building fire.

The fire caused an estimated $150,000 damage.

Police and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services were called to a building on Great Eastern Highway at 3am on Friday, July 21.

The building is a heritage-listed commercial property.

Detectives would like to speak to the driver of a white utility seen driving along Great Eastern Highway near the building around 3am.

Anyone with information regarding the fire – or who may have seen suspicious vehicles or people in the area between 2.30am and 3.30am – should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at crimestopperswa.com.au.

Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
