THE Art Deco Society of WA will explore Tudor Revival architecture on a stroll through South Perth.

Founded in 1987 the Art Deco Society has a mission to preserve, restore and record buildings and artefacts in WA from the period between the World Wars.

The Art Deco discovery walk will start at the Church of St Mary Virgin, on April 15, from 1.30pm before moving through the streets with an exploration of the half-timbered exteriors, steep roofs and gables that mark the Tudor revival style.

Members and friends may continue the afternoon at the Pagoda Resort and Spa in Como, for a refreshing cocktail or bite to eat.
