‘It’s a pleasure to honour these most recent inductees,’ Mayor Trevor Vaughan said.

‘They’ve made our community proud and provide so much inspiration for the next generation. The town is where it all began for them and it’s fitting that we can pay tribute to their sporting achievements.’

The Sporting Walk of Fame induction has taken place every two years since its inception in 2008.

Potential nominees can be athletes, coaches, umpires or administrative staff.
