Ayla has been busy baking cupcakes to include in packs for the homeless.
She recently donated packs filled with essentials such as toiletries to Homeless Connect (HC), which is storing goods in Belmont before its annual event in the city.
HC project manager Marija Jelavic said the gesture was “truly remarkable”.

READ NOW“Not just because we have received much needed help for our project but also that someone so young clearly understands the spirit of giving,” she said.
“I believe this simple gesture of a child wanting to help others is helping to create a better world.”
HC Perth is based on a one-stop-shop model of service provision to homeless people.
It was first held in Perth in November 2008 and each year there has been an increase in people attending.
A diverse range of essential services and activities are available for guests including a shop facility that offers food, toiletries, underwear, clothing, shoes, books, toys and other items.
RUAH day centre in Perth opens its doors for the day too and provides a space for services to set up.
Manager Matthew Nichols said the day was good because it brought all the main services together at the same time and all the barriers were removed.
