Ms Hanlon said attending the forum would be an honour as it coincided with International Women’s Day.

She has been selected to address the forum because of her extensive 24 year record of delivering small business development programs for the benefit of women across Australia and internationally.

Ms Hanlon will travel to New York to present a forum on March 14 during UN Commission on the Status of Women about economic empowerment of rural women entrepreneurs through online business incubation.

She was inducted in the Inaugural 2011 WA Women’s Hall of Fame for her passion and commitment with micro small business owners to achieve their business dreams.
