IT’S not quite Disneyland but the City of Belmont is promising that Kidz Fest will be a great day out for children.

Just like ‘The Happiest Place on Earth’, Garvey Park in Ascot will convert to a number of special ‘lands’ on Saturday, February 16 to provide a range of fun activities for children aged up to 14.

But unlike the theme park, entry, as well as all attractions and parking, is free.

Among the areas will be Fun Land, Adventure Land, Tomorrow Land, Toddler Town, Food Land and Sports Land.

Belmont Mayor Phil Marks encouraged locals to consider cycling and using a free Bike Valet service, where bikes will be valet parked and kept safe for the event.

Just some of the fun
