BLACKBURNE’S latest apartment offering Marina East in Ascot Waters has met with a strong response.
Managing director Paul Blackburne said the project was a huge success.
“We had over 200 people through the sales display over the past couple of weekends and have already sold over $22 million worth of apartments,” he said.

Marina East was designed by architect firm Hames Sharley and will include one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses over three boutique-sized buildings.
The apartments will have high-quality fixtures and finishes, including deep freestanding baths, quality kitchen cabinetry and designer timber flooring.
In keeping with Blackburne’s commitment to providing a lifestyle as well as a home, residents will have access to a private internal garden, barbecue alfresco dining area and a recreation centre with a yoga room, gym, water sports storage room and sauna.
Mr Blackburne said residents would enjoy a house-sized lifestyle combined with the benefits of apartment living.
The development will also include a ground-floor alfresco cafe next to the Ascot Waters piazza.

Marina East is due for completion in late 2019.
Prices start from $410,000 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, $595,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, $960,000 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and $1.96 million for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence.
