TALENTED artists and photographers from across Western Australia will have their work showcased as part of the City of Belmont’s 14th Annual Art and Photographic Awards.

The exhibition has a prize pool of $14,400 and will be held at the Ruth Faulkner Public Library from July 18-30.

Mayor Phil Marks said he was looking forward to viewing this year’s entries.

“The awards not only provide artists and photographers with the opportunity to express their creativity, innovation and skill but also provide us with a unique insight into their interpretation of our culture, environment and people,” he said.
