It was alleged the man was a passenger in a Toyota Camry, which officers stopped on Burswood Road about 9.30pm on Thursday night.
During a search of the vehicle, the officers located a quantity of drugs believed to be methylamphetamine, a quantity of cannabis, a stun gun, cash and unlicensed ammunition.
It will be further alleged the man had a loaded, sawn-off shot gun concealed inside a piece of clothing in the vehicle.
The East Perth man appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday facing a number of charges, including the following:
Possession of methylamphetamine with intent to sell and supply.
Two charges of possession of stolen property.
Possession of prohibited weapon.
Two charges of possession of unlicensed ammunition.
Possession of firearm with circumstances of aggravation.
Two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possession of cannabis.
Possession of unlicensed firearm carried with drugs and/or cash.
