Fight congestion by making on-ramp to freeway a priority

‘With the imminent opening of the Fiona Stanley Hospital there will be even more traffic heading south on the Freeway. I am certain the new on-ramp will significantly reduce congestion on the Canning Bridge and this is becoming a major impediment to traffic flow on Canning Highway,’ he said.

‘I managed to get a commitment to the first instalment of the state government’s share of these most necessary works last year and getting the balance in the forthcoming budget will match the City of South Perth contribution and allow the project to proceed.’
