Food aid volunteer is top of the tier

It is for this reason Ms Donnelly was named Foodbank WA’s Perth volunteer of the year at a function at Crown Perth recently.

Ms Donnelly had been involved in many vital activities within the organisation including helping out with administration, sorting food and operating the weighbridge.

Foodbank WA chief executive Greg Hebble said volunteers were critical to the success of the organisation and it was important for the community to recognise the contribution volunteers make to charities such as Foodbank WA.
