A FRIEND has paid tribute to a 32-year-old Carlisle mother who was found dead by forensic police today after she was reported missing earlier this week.
The female neighbour of Fahima Yusuf, who wished to remain anonymous, described the mother-of-two as a “beautiful woman” who loved her children.

READ NOW“We would often talk on the street and she was always friendly and chatty,” the neighbour said.
“I recently saw her but she wasn’t her chatty self.
“I only heard of her disappearance from another neighbour and I was shocked to hear what had happened because this is a very quiet street.
“It’s very sad and I hope the children are okay.”

The grandparents of Ms Yusef’s two children, a boy and a girl, reported her as missing to police on Monday.
