LOCAL community projects and initiatives throughout Belmont are encouraged to apply for a new round of funding.
Round 13 of the City of Belmont’s Community Contribution Fund is now open, with more than 80 groups securing funding over the last five years.
They’ve ranged from community gardens to parent workshops, sporting club equipment, community sheds and more.
Incorporated groups can apply for a minimum funding of $500 and maximum of $5000, while non-incorporated groups can apply for up to $500.
The City is hosting two workshops at the Civic Centre to provide assistance with queries about funding applications.
Both workshops will be held on Wednesday, August 16, from 10am to 12pm then 5.30pm to 7pm.
